Needle Roller Bearings
Needle roller bearings are a common type of rolling bearing consisting of an outer ring, inner ring, needle rollers, and a cage. The outer ring and inner ring are both ring-shaped structures, with the inner ring mounted on the shaft and the outer ring fixed to the external structure of the machine. The needle rollers roll between the inner and outer rings, and the cage is used to maintain the position of the needle rollers and prevent them from dislodging from the bearing.
Due to the smaller diameter of the needle rollers compared to the ball bearings, needle roller bearings can withstand higher axial and radial loads. The compact structure of needle roller bearings allows them to withstand larger loads in limited space. With high precision, needle roller bearings can maintain stability and accuracy at high speeds.
